Missouri S&T student Devon Jones, a sophomore in biological sciences from Houston, Texas, has been crowned the 2013 Queen of Love and Beauty for the 105th St. Pat’s Celebration. She was nominated by Tau Kappa Epsilon.
Members of the queen’s court include:
Princess of Peace and Happiness – Ruth Pratt, a sophomore in engineering from Dickinson, Texas, nominated by Southwinds Literary Magazine.
Countess of Chastity and Virtue – Jessica Wood, from Rolla, Mo., nominated by the General Delegation of Independents.
Duchess of Desire and Ecstasy – Jamie McNeely, a senior in computer science from Lee’s Summit, Mo., nominated by Triangle Fraternity.
Lady of Honor and Devotion – Erin Premer, a junior in aerospace engineering from McCook, Neb., nominated by the Quadrangle Hall Association.
The identities of the queen and her court were revealed during coronation ceremonies at 9 p.m. Friday, March 15, in Leach Theatre of Castleman Hall.
