The town is waking up. It’s cool and damp. Pine Street is murky green. People are already wandering the streets. Big tents have been set up. Barbecue grills. Smoke. Kegs. Everybody wearing their colors. It’s Saturday. It feels like a big time college football game is about to break out.
Anyway, Stephanie Rostad is your 2010 Queen of Love and Beauty. Stephanie is a senior in civil engineering from Waynesville.

- Lady of Honor and Devotion — Amanda Brenner, a senior in Mechanical engineering from Jeff City.
